Safety Siren Electronic Radon Detector

The HS71512 Safety Siren Radon Detector is Guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. If the device does not operate properly for any reason, it may be returned to us for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please call 1-800-520-9891 for a Return Authorization Number, and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label

After 30 days the unit must be returned to the Manufacturer, and undergo testing. Upon the results of testing; if the device is defective, it will be replaced at no charge to the customer. If the device in not defective a $35.00 testing fee may apply. Returns are accepted for Defective Units Only.

Accustar Radon Test Kits

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns will be accepted for these lab test kits. From the time the Lab receives the pre- addressed, postage paid envelope or box containing your completed test; Should for any reason the the test results not be available within 2 business days for a short-term test, or 10 business days for a long term test, you be issued a replacement test kit at no charge.

When the Lab receives an incomplete, illegible or incorrect data sheet, an incomplete Test Report will be issued. You may send missing or corrected information to Accustar in writing to receive an Amended Test Report. Amended Test Reports will be issued within 5 days at no charge. A Same-Day Amended Test Report will be issued at an additional fee of $10.00

Shipping Information

4Radon.com usually ships items by the next business day after receipt of a customer order. For maximum efficiency and tracking capability, we ship via FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS. The method used is completely at our discretion, as some items ship routinely by a specific carrier.

An item is deemed shipped after it is boxed & labeled, and is awaiting pickup from FedEx, UPS or USPS. Shipping Time is usually 1-5 business days. Due to emergencies such as extreme weather conditions, or Heavy Holiday package volume, 4Radon.com is not responsible for any delays caused by FedEx, UPS or USPS.
